I’m a Senior Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer with over a decade of experience—but I didn’t start at the top. Like many of you, I began my journey in the high-pressure world of IT support. I spent years navigating the technical hurdles, the certification mazes, and the complex hiring processes of the tech industry. Along the way, I transitioned from a USMC veteran to a Senior Engineer at a Managed Service Provider (MSP), managing large-scale Azure migrations and enterprise-grade infrastructure.
Why I Created Ctrl Alt Ryan
